Pros:
Tameer has an open culture where people really try to treat each other in the best possible way. Although one can never treat other people like their own family but at Tameer, people genuinely try to. They offer decent salary and benefits packages and most importantly, Tameer is femished for growth and therefore offers all it's employees a rich taste of fast paced growth opportunities.
Cons:
Growth for the sake of growth is the cancer cell's philoposhy. The work load and the time lines tend to be too tedious and overwhelming sometimes since the pressure to perform and deliver is always present. Mostly because the growth of Tameer is dependent on it's employees ability to deliver within strict deadlines. Work sometimes seems to replace more important things such as employee satisfaction and happiness.
Advice to Management:
Take better care of your employees and try to create a more personalized engagement within the organization that ensures deep and diverse channels of communication.
