Pros:
Working for Dunya TV is one of good experiences of my life, they give chance to new talent which is very appreciable. Work environment is very friendly and peaceful. Management and staff is supportive and I learned there working as a team player. They pay salaries on time, and the concept of late sitting is very rare. Everyone's progress is being monitored and competitive persons are appreciated. Management avoid politics as well as employees. 

Cons:
Salaries are comparatively less as compared to other design/production houses. Working 6 days a week is a negative point and there is no fixed criteria of salary increment.

Pros:
A great place for new comer. Seniors are mostly cooperative in news desk. Best place for learners.
Cons:
Some people are extremely selfish. Some policies are pro political, have tilt toward a political party.
Advice to Management:
Always have an eye over your employees. Sometime it is not true what looks.

Pros:
It has further polished my typing speed, the environment is comfortable and we are given a monthly stipend of Rs 10,000. I was called at 10th August for a trial period.After passing my trial I was made permanent.Due to the fact we have to do Packages t has further increased by awareness on ongoing national affair 
Cons:
The software in which we work worked fine before but later it really became slow as it takes a lot of time to load. We haven't been assigned cards which is a problem especially due to the fact we work in Night Shift . 
Advice to Management:
Advice to management will be to make cards and work on the software so there is no delay in our work.
