Shapes (Pvt.) Ltd. is the parent company of Shapes Health Studio, a chain of Health and Fitness clubs across the country and Shapes Equipment (Pvt.) Ltd., a growing network of exercise equipment retail outlets. Both subsidiary concerns are working under a common brand and aggressively cultivating the health and fitness industry in Pakistan.

Incorporated in 1995, the very beginnings of the company was as simple as a small gym situated in Lahore city catering to the basic bodybuilding needs of the masses equipped with locally manufactured weight-training equipment. Today, owing to constant research and development, exorbitant re-investment rate, and a dedicated management team the company boasts a chain of state of the art health & fitness clubs spread across the nation with an employee base of nearly 450 strategically and aggressively expanding into various markets.

Realizing the importance of education as a foundation of a fitness instructor’s expertise, we are the first and the only health club in Pakistan to have established an in-house Instructor certification program, Shapes Training Academy, thereby ensuring that each of our fitness instructors is subjected to rigorous theoretical and practical training in order to be declared as aShapes Certified Health & Fitness Instructor. This academy is also catering to the needs of other health & fitness clubs across the country. The course content covers basic education fromCPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation), Human Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Fitness testing etc.

Furthermore, our distinctive milestone is that we are the 1st ISO-9001 Certified (Quality Management Systems) health/fitness club in Pakistan indicative of our commitment to ongoing systems improvement.

Shapes Equipment (Pvt.) Ltd. has experience of doing more than 500 installments for renowned govt. and private organizations across the country with exclusive rights of sole distribution of worlds most renowned brands of fitness equipment including Free Motion, Cybex, Sports Art and Panatta.
