Review shop drawings as per design, monitor HVAC & plumbing activities at site, Submittals as specifications, BOQ and drawings, plan work as per schedule, check commissioning of HVAC & Plumbing systems.

Must be full conversant with contract management, understand the contact agreements and can write letters according to contract. experience of reputeable construction companies will be prefered.

supervise the sub contractors regarding all civil works, coordination with consultants, installation, testing and commissioning of lifts

Should have full knowledge preparation diagrams and site works e.g installation,testing, commissioning of low voltage G.G set, Switch board (L.T/H.T), D.B,motor control centers,light fixtures,L.T & H.T cables,wiring accessories, Conduits Pipes etc. s
