Too much irrelevant paper work
Advice to Management: revise salaries & per day expense rate
revise incentive plan
build and retain the sales team because continuous turnover of team member from SPO's to DSM's contributes less footwork and absenteeism of reminder to the doctor ultimately reduces sales and spoils the name of company.
