Project Portfolio ?? UNOCHA funded WASH project in Distt Swat, where 5327 families were provided with NFI??s , Small water supply schemes (SWSS), PFL & other WASH facilities installed/ repaired/restored/ rehabilitated in 3 UCs, Fatehpur, Amankot & Manglor. 5327 families were sensitized and educated them about personal, domestic and environmental hygiene through IPC/BCC and celebrating Sanitation & Hygiene days. ?? In Distt Buner, Distt Swat & Distt Upper Dir, UNICEF funded project on community mobilization for behavioral change on WASH practices included 3 Pre & Post KAP Surveys and about 200000 individuals are sensitized and educated on safe health & hygiene practices and distribution of NFIs, 100 TMA/PHED staff in Distt: Buner were trained on the proper upkeep, maintenance and repair of their respective water supply schemes. ?? A UNICEF funded WASH Need Assessment Survey / Data Collection was conducted in Mohmand Agency (FATA) in April-June 2010. A number of assessment tools were used in conducting this assessment. Primarily the UNICEF/WASH Cluster developed Comprehensive Assessment Tool (CAT) were used where ever, applicable. In addition, the key informant interviews (KII) and focus group discussions (FGD) were held with all stakeholders including communities, NGOs and Government officials in Mohmand Agency, in FATA secretariat as well as in IDP camp Jalozai where IDPs from Mohmand Agency are staying. The reports of the survey were highly appreciated and recommended for future planning in WASH interventions in FATA areas. ?? A UNICEF Funded ??WASH Emergency IDP Responses, NWFP Project??, in Jalozai Camp Nowshera Phase14, 13, 9-B & State-2 (Nov,2009 ?V Feb,2010) where 521 VIP Latrines, 260 Wash Rooms, 130 washing Pads, 29 Laundry points & 29 Solid Waste collection Points were constructed
