Responsiblities includes - Managing Store Staff - Fabric Receiving & Issuance - Place Managment - Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to HOD

Generate different reports on request of Manager. Administrate different technical functions on ERP system. Perform data entry work. Assist ERP Coordinator in different day to day activities. Assist with diagnose and resolve System errors.

Manage Data entry operations using MS Excel. Keep a record of Receiving and issuance within the Department. Responsible for internal communication. Responsible for submitting daily Progress report.

- Take full responsibility from the time the order is received from quotation team until the order has been shipped. - Follow up the order use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. - Actively participate in sample manufacturing process.

- Responsible for internal Audit of Denim (Products) within Production Department. - Conduct Compliance Audit and high light all issues regarding Compliance. - High light all issues regarding QMS & EMS
