Company Future:
Pros: - Best for people who want to just be there for 1 year at max and don't expect too much
- casual working environment
- good team but under utilized
- Suited to career starters, but don't stay there long
Cons: - No vision
- No focus on quality
- Don't even pay market competitive salary
- very few learning opportunities
- No employee worth , anybody can leave and can easily be replaced by an intern
- They don't care about good resources, all they want is cheap content in bulk (what they call games)
- Once you cross 50 - 60K salary bracket you are a burden on company, They can hire 2/3 people in what they are paying you
- Volatile strategies (There is a change every week)
- No planning , Focus is on following the trend as quickly possible with whatever is available
- No Over Time is given but you are expected to give extra hours
-They leverage employee's financial condition (The more you need the job , The Less They will give you the raise)
Advice to Management: Have some vision
- You are a big company now, please start making games instead of just creating content to publish on app stores containing ads
- Plan ahead instead of going with the flow and changing policies weekly or monthly
- Focus on employee's career building rather than unloading them once they start costing you bit more. Their under utilization is management's fault and company vision is responsible for that.
(ex - Don't want to create good games so don't need expensive and experienced resources)
- Value your employees and don't waste their potential
- Pay Market Competitive
