Reko Pharmacal founded by Mian Khalid Mansur the first Pakistani pharmacist who did his M.Sc in Industrial Pharmacy from St Louis University Philadelphia. As a result, a quality conscious pharmaceutical unit was established in October 1967 under his expertise.
Today, Reko is producing over a hundred molecules with a workforce of 400 people. It is spread over an area of 90,000 sq. ft. with a built up area of 65,000 sq. ft. Reko has acquired ISO 9001-2000 certification in 2002 and since then it is exerting for continuous improvement through establishing and reviewing the quality policy, quality objectives, outcome of internal quality audits, corrective and preventive actions annually.
