Bad Management don't listen concerns of officials, no increment, incentive, or appreciation.
Cons:
Bad Management don't listen concerns of officials, no increment, incentive, or appreciation.
Advice to Management:
Facilitate your employees, make a good policy of employees appreciation and incriment which best companies have in Pakistan. Hire some qualified management resources.
