this is not good this night job not any convince after one year very low bonus salary 10% bonus ,,,,operation area very small  very congestion area no machine all work on hand only laptop use machine ,,,no benefit  no overtime charges no upper salary after one year this very critical job,, i am adversity on job no company dress ,,,please please this issue or problem  solved then this company is very best end future is bright and very best company of the future.. i hope this understand..please my talk is not bad ,,,,,,,,,,but this is true  ..
