Company Future:   

Pros:

1. Working in HG Markets feels as you are not working as employee rather you feel as running your Own Business.
2. Healthy and Fruitful environment where you learn from you management in so friendly way even they are much cooperative.

Cons:

The only disadvantage in harvest is that inspite you're woking hard and providing alot business to the company by even trading on daily basis but you can't make much money for yourself. It feel as you work only for the beneficiary of the company even after the 2 year time you are still on your basic

Advice to Management:

There should be BONUSES on your Trade Volumes
There should be Rewards on weekly basis with comparison to the other Groups
Commission margin should be at least 30% of every Trade for a Trader
There should be difference in salaries of Marketers and Traders (M:18000  - T: 22000)
