The friendly and welcoming behavior of its employees and engineers was extremely fruitful. The production technique and increasing capacity of plant is introducing DG Cement around the globe. The facilities provided within the industry by managers to their employees are providing the feeling of home within the industry.

Cons:

The company must pay attention towards its safety measures and improve the control system within the company. The company must provide stipend or basic food facilities to its internees.
