Pros:

it was a great place to start a fresh career in BPO industry. I had a great professional working environment over there. Unlike other call centers, it was very well managed. They have some latest tech in there, so you enjoy working in updated machines. they have department for every concerned issue. They have some really good employee motivational schemes going around. 

Cons:

Foremost thing that made me quit this job, was rotating and unexpectedly rotating shifts. one week you are doing shift in morning and the next week you are gonna be in night shift. Pay scales should have been bit higher. There is a bit of favoritism in some cases. 

Advice to Management:

good work, but should be more helping towards employees, and revise your pay scales as you are not increasing them along with our inflating economy.
