Pros:

Pakistan No 1 Real Estate Organization, it is the best place to get into innovative Real Estate era in Pakistan, a single year in a gives an experience of 10.
and improving day by day is a key factor to success for both employee and company

Cons:

Overall Star Marketing is a very good organization in Pakistan but employees are disconnected for top management due to regional seniors, Wasiq Naeem and Farzana Wasiq are the owners of company and are well managed, integrated and honest personalities but employee communication channels are cut off from them therefore complaint cell must b intruduced

Advice to Management:

As Star Marketing is the number one company in the Real Estate of Pakistan so management system according to the standard of company.
there must be proper work life balance, traditional way of communication must be shifted to advance channels, there must be complaint cell, gap between owners and employees should be reduce through complaint cell, there should be MBO practices
