Pros: Well groomed and well known organization keeps standard in its all departments,Excellent Management,Operational structure,well griped clients etc.
Cons: Something wrong in sales sides as rates are relatively high to others.
Advice to Management: Should look to its sales side especially as courier rates for low weight scale shipments are high as compare to competitor ...Should advertise in Pakistan also..
