Pros:

ZEPCOM is a company where we can find a better career opportunities and career growth. This company gives an opportunity to learn about different cultural atmosphere, coordinate with them by which we become able to learn more about their ethics, norms and techniques. So ZEPCOM is really a nice place to learn, earn and for career building.

Cons:

I haven't yet found any downside of this Company. Mostly tasks are properly assigned but need to have proper troubleshooting system so as actual errors could be found if anyone is lacking in something.

Advice to Management:

As per modern era's techniques they are already up to the mark meanwhile this practice should be kept constant.
