Pros:
I've worked in different international companies but I found the best ever working environment in PEL, if u in-job want help help, just name it and everyone is there to help u. Even zonal manager will ask if u want any help from him. And the best friendly working environment I've ever experienced. Best of all is HR department and learning programs. The best job period of my job life. Love and respect for all PEL employees.
Cons:
Nothing noticed . Or u can say that if u get 100 rupees from someone and he suddenly ask 10 rupees back then you shouldn't mind.
Advice to Management:
Plz keep it as u r doing. Best wishes for all management.

Pak Elektron is a very good platform for Technical person and Engineers. The Management of PEL is very strong and the all workers are cooperative that is why, The quality of all products is very good. The system of lunch is very nice and reasonable. Also a best thing that, the Company is providing salary in time.
Cons:
Pak Elektron Limited overall is a best organization. But some sides have down such as Material buying Department. Maintenance Department. Use of wastage or scrap.
Advice to Management:
The employees skills should be use to as proper place.

Pros:
A good company with lots of learning exposure. It has a great name in the corporate culture. Basically an awesome learning sort of institute where you can learn to be someone. Where you can learn how to work, how to tackle people. A company who teaches you, provides you learning beyond your limits. We used to say that if anybody learns to work in PEL he can work anywhere even in HELL. HAHAHA Jokes apart.a wonderful learning experience. Its like an alma mater.
Cons:
Seth culture I always believe that knowledge increases by sharing but in PEL.its totally opposite. Official politics. Every single task is based on emergency basis. Old bloody crows have a monopoly in PEL they didnt adopt new techniques neither allow young blood to grow. Company only for Engineers.or you can say Engineer based company.
Advice to Management:
Please stop taking hasty decisions Mentor and adore your staff Give us job security Remove the anti workers union
