Pros:
Being a Student in Past its a satisfactory employer to provide on job training for handson experiences to develop students base for practical world i.e. Real Design World of Creativity.
Cons:
Being a loyal student first then becoming a loyal employee what have I observed is that you'll not get that professional handson experiences of real world's design trends market strategy and professional experience as a senior designer or 3D animator affiliated with some huge design & animation oriented firm.
Advice to Management:
My honest advise for my top management is to just focus your primarily business i.e. producing high tech quality of design human resource to strengthen your organization as well just enhance your programs and their finalized outcome which is your established product.
