Pros:

• For gaining Some Experience
  
• For judge my Abilities and experties
• For Mold myself to move in any organization

Cons:

• Everything is very bad worst.
• Telling lie with staff.
• No Career opportunity.
• No benefits And compensation. 
• Very Bad culture.
• All the management members Were Family Members.
• Pressure From Every Single Person.
• Nor the Management Was helpful and neither The senior Members.
• Nor Leaves Neither Gazetted Holidays.

Advice to Management:

Very Very Bad and Rude Management And Staff. No compromise to employee. Very Pressure of work. worst And Bad environment. I was the Student And I want to do job and my study along but there is no compromise with student. First Time Experience And Very Bad Experience.
