Pros:
Its an aspiring and enthusiastic Digital & Creative Agency that holds some of the good relations in the industry. The work environment is free from any work politics and/or leg pullers. The staff is very co-operative and works like a family of Learned people. They tend to help each other by sharing their experiences and try to guide, especially the new comers to accurate path of success. The Owner of the company himself is very keen in training his employees very well to extract the mutual benefits.
Cons:
Though the environment of the company is good and the Owner is keen in training his staff members, there is still some room for improvement regarding company's operational processes and major decision making. During my work experience, I found the management to be too quick in firing the staff because of their wrong analysis of employee's skill at the time of hiring them and so too much / wrong expectation from staff members, in terms of Task Delivery Time. Furthermore, the management is not a good retainer of their staff members due to lack of professional procedures and in-efficient work planning.
Advice to Management:
  1. Should properly analyze the person before taking him/her in the team
  2. Once the person is in the team, should give him ample time of learning to let him/her fit into the system
  3. Should not generate Work Plans hastily, negotiate them properly with your clients, with its actual working hours
  4. Should defend their work in-front of clients
  5. Should not be hasty in firing the staff and try to probe & solve the actual matter
