Pathetic company worst experience

Full Time, Worked from Oct 16, 2015 to Jun 8, 2016 as Game Developer
Pros:
No pros in joining this company. These are 5 accounts of one person who only thinks about himself. When his stomach is empty he hires 4-5 developers and after making money from them he fires all of them and the circle keeps on going
Cons:
Work till late at nights with no overtime
Internees are treated as dogs.
One nontechnical supervisor to supervise all programmers.
supervisor thinks everyone is a thief in the company.
no increment in salary but expect decrease in salary
in interview they will tell u that they are great but they don't care about the employees
mostly they want employees to stay in office and work even in the breaktimes
In Ramzan staff was forced to take whole month holidays with no salaries n people who were called were given half pay by at Eid
Advice to Management:
Be wise and gentle to employees. if u keep thinking everyone is thief then eveyone will be a thief.
All programmers have left the office themself but the officers say that they kicked all of them. these guys are liers stop lying.
