Full Time, Working since Apr 7, 2016 as HR Manager
Pros: - you get to have lots of spare time
- You might as well see your job as an opportunity to do something else considering the time one has on hands.
Cons: - No opportunities to learn
- The timings are fixed and you have to spend 8.5 hours because the HR monitors the arrival and departure of every employee
- No benefits for overtime employees
- No bonuses
- No increments
- No promotions in 2 years of hardwork
- Deductions on salary for no good reason
- pay scale is very low.
- no holidays except for sunday
- Saturdays are on
Advice to Management: the pay scale should be raised.
Employees should be given two days off a week.
There shouldn't be a concept of leave without pay.
