Management Should arrange learning opportunities.

PTCL upgrading their network. Updating GIS coordinates of all the equipment. Frequent testing of cable parameter of high value customer. Indicating high value customer at every level.

In some areas old network is not enough to satisfy customer demand. in some village areas cable security issue. (Cable Break down)

Management should take notice of those areas where number of complaints are increasing.

PTCL Contact Centre is a good opportunity for Fresh Graduates, i did 19 months Job here and having a wonderful time and a good memory of those days.

Out of 8 Hours only 1 hour break was allow and nothing more just that's it.

HR and Admin already working good there.

The basic reason for working in PTCL is basically very big organization and has coverage at-least all over Pakistan.Now PTCL traditional copper Network is upgrading to the world fastest media Fiber GPON is launching very quickly.

Downside of PTCL is am feel in one year, is taking more time as compared to the other operators such as Nyatel etc for fault rectification especially of traditional copper network faults.

I personally like very much thus company in sense of working. The company requires punctuality and I like it very much because on fixed time you can go to your home from office.

The cons which I personally don't like is rotating shift on every months.

i spent a quality time doing internship in PTCL New Multan Exchange and it was a work that interests me alot. Nice environment

Nothing i guess because i had a reference and i suppose that was the actual cause i spent the great time there.

New software system is not user friendly for employees

Ptcl should begin more incentive scheme for its employees because frustration between its BPS scale employees is increasing day by day

Learn the system in easy way. Staff was cooperative. Queries solving.

No job offering. Practical work is only for officials.

i went to the headquarter at ptcl and The people were helpful overall.

should have given a proper environment to do some work as internee and have internee only for few hours

all i will say is there is always room for improvement.so they should look to improve furthur

PTCL provides platform to new generation groom his career with the latest technologies. Through Telecom field now the world becomes a global village that's i love to be part of this organization in future.
