Owned by the old Lahori Butt family which owns the butt restaurants and bakeries chain, Butt Cuisine happens to be their first restaurant venture out of the Lakshmi area. Actually what took me there was a banner displaying they had started Hareesa and although i have no fancy for Amratsari Haressa (the most famous one in gawal mandi) considering that the place is owned by a Kashmiri family and the hareesa might actually be more authentic, i decided to give it a try. Hareesa is a delicacy, considering the amount of effort put into making the whole thing, and just like haleem, i think it is best, home made.
