Pros:
You can play snooker and table tennis with your friends during the break time.
You can come at anytime as check in time is not fixed for anyone.
Cons:
You cannot check out even after spending 9 hours in office if the office is not satisfied. No bonus is paid for late sitting and extra work.
'Leaves' and 'increment' are two anonymous words for them. You have to work on public holidays as well :)
Advice to Management:
You should at-least give your employees some bonus (all employees, not just team leads). And should not delay your decisions.
