Advice to Management: Management should appraise employees as per their performances not on the basis of his/her tenure and grades.
Also review the Political culture that staff followed. Everyone is degrading others instead of upgrading herself/ himself.
Focus on Gender biasness
Remuneration package not upto the mark as per qualification and experience
