Pros:
A good platform for game developers , if they are new in the field and need to learn the basics of unity. Work Environment is also very friendly.
Since they are the first organization i worked for , I will always remember them in good words.
Cons:
Environment is too relaxing and salary Packages are very very low.
Advice to Management:
Need to get more serious and be more honest with their employees. Need to focus on quality rather than quantity.
