Our designs are developed strictly on the scientific lines of modern day mindset of those audiences which matter most to our clients.

  MicroArts is a firm that operates on the principles of team-building and task-assignment. Along with the coordination and administrative side of the organizational functions, the company’s operations are largely managed by different departments.

  Every department is headed by a Director, directly reporting to the Managing Director, and assisted by Executives. There’s a proficient backup support system where five coordination officers interact with the directors and executives of all the departments and keep them informed about the various queries, developments and inquiries from our valuable clients. Though the organizational hierarchy is generally followed, but if required the operations are expeditiously treated and the chain of command is put aside for higher level of accomplishment in terms of reporting and decision making.

  We are a total team of 150 members. 40 Graphics designers, 15 Senior Graphics designers. 5 Art Directors and 10 production mangers. Also we have 30 members website design and development team. We are working as a freelance graphics design team for some leading companies and also we are among top service provider on different outsourcing freelance networks.
