Our offices have instigated throughout the Middle East, and Pakistan in 2005. Over a short period of time IT Butler e-Services was successful in securing projects in UAE, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia & GCC countries. We embarked into UAE ICT business for managed ICT services after instating our state-of-the-arts Security Operation Centre (SOC) which provides 24X7 monitoring services at Al-Shatha Tower Dubai Media City UAE. IT Butler E-Services has objectives of providing qualitative Security consultancies services and solutions to Government’s networks and corporate businesses
IT Butler E-Services presents ICT Integration, Security implementation and consultancies services based on holistic approach which is aimed at satisfying its clients organization’s complete protective and vigorous security needs. We based this on risk management model that gives the enterprise an adequate protection while at the same time creating safe access as a business enabler.
To achieve our goal IT Butler e-services became the first and only ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified SOC in the region. IT Butler realized that implementing best practices and having them audit through a third party is the only way to gain their customers confidence. This was the only way to achieve & assure SLA’s with our customers to whom we are providing managed services. Currently IT Butler is focusing all its attention on developing a state of the art and also ITIL/ ISO 20000 certified Network Operating Centre (NOC) in Sharjah, UAE.
IT Butler e-services has a desire to combine the proactive support of Managed Service with a Telephone Support Centre, IT Butler’s Managed Service will practice a single toll free 0800 telephone number to report IT issues.
IT Butler’s Telephone Support Centre endeavors to solve these problems within the first telephone call. However, those issues requiring a local solution are passed down to our technical consultant who then attends the site to resolve the problem. This significantly reduces the workload on the technical consultant(s), enabling them to maximize the number of practices they support and increase the amount of time there is for preventative maintenance.
