• Project Mohsin: Financially supporting heart surgeries/interventions of children from deserving families. Annually approximately 50,000 children are born with CHD in Pakistan. With a surgery costing approximately 450,000, it is an expensive option for most of the families to utilize. Till January 2019, 1320+ surgeries/ interventions have been supported by PCHF for children belonging to deserving families in different public/private hospitals across Pakistan. 427 surgeries/ interventions were done alone in 2018

  Project CHHRI: Building a 125 bed non-profit Children’s Heart Hospital & Research Institute (CHHRI) to serve as centre of excellence in paediatric heart surgery and research where treatment will be provided, along with the highest quality of care for children with heart disease, irrespective of their financial means. Expected start date in Q1 of 2019 and expected completion is in Q2 of 2021.

  The hospital will be able to provide approximately 1,000 surgeries/interventions each year and more importantly will help in training of resources to contribute and enable other hospitals across Pakistan.

  Project Danial: Enables local hospitals to perform CHD interventions/surgeries via medical missions and capacity building through training by expert medical personnel.

  In 2018 we arranged 2 medical missions. Plans to bring minimum of 4 medical missions each year are in the pipeline.

  Awareness & Advocacy: PCHF works diligently to enhance awarenessof Children Heart diseases to the general public as well as policy makers.
