FILMI Productions is a private limited media firm with vast facilities of media productions ranging from documentaries, cinematic weddings, photography, commercials, short films, , digital profiles and advertising campaigns. FILMI has the complete set of DSLRs and broadcast quality gadgets for productions and are fully equipped with high-end editing systems. We have the professionals who are best at their skills and vision having the expertise of transforming the imagination into reality of strong visuals. We own an in-house unique photography studio for product photography, bridal shoots and portfolio shoots. FILMI Productions from its name is quite apparent of introducing new trends in media productions especially in Islamabad & Lahore by giving the clients a unique style and a FILMI touch what we call it our trademark shot.
A team comprising of young and enthusiastic media professionals pondered over establishing this platform as not just for earning bread and butter but to give a new look and feel to media productions. The name “FILMI” has a philosophy of putting smiles on the faces of people, as the term is used in local market as slang for one who is trickier. Yes! We are tricky but not to tease the clients however to do our work in smart way.
Secondly all of us have the ultimate passion of filmmaking and already has got few short films on our credit which received fair attention of National and International film festival juries. This is why FILMI is a mixture of lighter side of our lives and the ultimate passion and aim of filmmaking.
We have the passion of promoting the performing arts especially the performing arts and culture of Pakistan. We kept the trademark or logo of company in a mixture of local and international symbolic. Logo of FILMI Productions has some inspiration from Sir Charles Spencer “Charlie” Chaplin who earned tremendous fame in the era of silent films and also has the touch of film and indigenous cultural symbolic (mustaches) for hinting about the origin and theme of working style.
VISION
Our vision is to play our best part in revolutionizing the private media productions of Pakistan to the highest level for reaching the milestone of International media market especially the film industry. We are eyeing to promote the performing arts of Pakistan and help it gain the due respect in National and International Market. We lack in film industry although we have a glorious past in this particular industry and now fresh blood is needed to replenish the skin and let it glow again.
OUR AIMS
We strongly believe in “Not the failure but low aim is a crime”. We have the aims to do “out of the box” stuff whether we are doing a cinematic wedding or a full scale feature film. We are introducing all together different approaches in taking up the tasks of media productions whether in still photography or video productions.
