• We are pleased to announce that Ali Trust Pakistan has achieved another milestone in its continuous professional excellence by launching a complete Monitoring & Evaluation Department at ATP. This department is operating under the direct supervision of the Director of Education, Mrs. Rafeela Naz. The establishment of this department will centralize the governance as well as monitoring and evaluation process of all the institution under the ATP umbrella. This initiative will ensure optimal performance of the network by tracking progress, observing real-time data, operations management, evidence-based decision making and audit services.

• Directors Message

  The need of the hour is that all the academic and administrative decisions be made at one center. This center will be called the Monitoring and Evaluation Department. From now on, any necessary information regarding new occurrences, problems and issues at any of our educational institutions should be directly brought to this central department. The department will then find solutions and/or deal with the situation accordingly as it deems fit. We will ensure smooth transmission of all information between the central department and all the educational institutions. This will also facilitate in easing the burden on educational policy makers and managers at all levels of the educational organization.

  Centralization refers to concentration of power at the top level. The concept of centralization and decentralization are two extremes of the same continuum. In Pakistan, the responsibility of providing educational services to citizens are somewhat decentralized. Therefore, we at Ali Trust Pakistan have decided to centralize all our educational institutions and work along the same lines while following the respective Boards. Our motive is to provide the same system of education to all our students and uplift their standard of education through similar assessments, curriculum, term division and teaching resources. We want to ensure that teaching becomes uniform and is provided with the same expertise amongst all our educational institutions so that our students from all walks of life and various backgrounds can benefit from it. Our aims to centralize and uplift the standard of education at Ali Trust Pakistan Educational Institutions by playing our part effectively.
