During Probation Period:

To prepare and submit the detailed implementation plan of the project
To submit a draft project implementation strategy
Sharing an advocacy strategy how and which policies will be influenced by project interventions

After Satisfactory Completion of Probation Period (Yearly contract will be renewed on the basis of performance appraisal as per below Job Description):

Ensure that all the projects outputs and outcomes are delivered with agreed quality and timelines
Engage and Manage consultants involved in field level researches, assessments in the project areas
Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders of the project in a participatory and effective manner
Periodic and need based visits to the project sites to provide field based input to Indus Consortium and partner
Facilitate and monitor the ICT Manager in completing the responsibilities
Provide support and coordination to the Indus Consortium Council when they meet every quarter, to review the progress of the project.
To identify and monitor project risks and update project implementation strategy as appropriate.
Follow Indus Consortium’s methodology, philosophy, goals and objectives throughout the process of implementation of program
To complete any other task assigned by Indus Consortium Management


Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at managerial post with key focus on ICT in any well reputed organization

Qualification: Masters in relevant subject or equivalent

Skill, Abilities, Knowledge: Computer Educated with Good command on MS Office, Internet

Personal Qualities: Good interpersonal and communication skill, Good command of written and spoken English, flexible, ability to meet deadlines, team player, problem solving skill, ability to work under pressure, willing for extensive travel and knowledge of educational policies and practices
