Job Description
Sales experience is a must 12 to 15 years in a senior sales or general management position
A degree in Business (or related discipline)
Experience with account management
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
Knowledge and proficiency with CRM systems with experience using a Cloud ERP preferred
Experience in strategic sales planning and revenue forecasting
Job Specification
Manage sales force; measure, incentives, and create sales programs for all regional managers
Build and develop new sales territories
Acquire new business leads by analyzing account potential; initiate, develop, and close sales
Implement sales strategies and programs by developing field sales action plans
Develop long-term relationships with clients while supervising and mentoring sales staff
Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualify potential leads; schedule appointments
Develop sales by keeping up-to-date with all the latest product, industry trends, and manufacturer announcements
Take a lead role in product knowledge, arrange product knowledge presentations; explain product and service enhancements; introduce new products to staff
Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and mentoring employees
Maintain sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by assisting the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Provide historical records by maintaining records/stats on area and customer sales
Work closely with President to understand sales and company vision and translate that vision into a strategic plan
