Job Description
- Responding to Client’s insurance related queries
- Email correspondence with related parties·
- Developing reports on Ms Excel
- offering advice about making claims
- tracking claims through to completion or settlement
- verifying details with witnesses and insurance policy holders
- liaising with a range of professionals including the police, medical staff, solicitors and loss adjusters
- negotiating settlements with claimants or lawyers
- carrying out background research and gathering information
- Organizing payment settlements ·
- Completing related paperwork ·
Job Specification
- Candidate must have an experience of atleast 6 months in the desire field.
- Must have a good knowledge of email writing
- Sound knowledge of Ms Access
