Job Description
The role will chiefly require you to:
· Take notes and dictation at meetings, minutes of meeting, and provide general assistance during presentations
· Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
· Carrying out specific projects and research
. Carry out background research and presenting findings
· Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests handling them when appropriate
· Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
· Organize and maintaining diaries and manage appointments
· Dealing with incoming faxes and post and often correspond on behalf of the CEO
· Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the CEO locally and internationally.
· Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
Job Specification
· Must Have Masters Degree (any discipline)
· 2-4 years experience of working in a similar capacity (at least)
· Exceptional writing skills and should be able to effectively communicate in both English and Urdu
· A considerably huge appetite for work and growth
· An excellent typing speed with a strong grip on MS Office Tools
· Good event management skills with a sociable personality
· The capacity to take challenges head-on
· A ‘go getter’ attitude
