Job Description

  • Support to HR and Admin for record keeping and filing.
  • Greet and direct visitors and callers, as appropriate.
  • Provide information about programs and services, as requested and appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate phone logs.
  • Keep guidelines and procedures while performing any of the mentioned responsibility.
  • Searching and extracting data from internet.
  • SMS Marketing.(Using Software)
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
  • Provide administrative support and services to the higher management

Job Specification

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Receptionist
  • A Bachelor Degree holder
  • Good communication and IT skills.
  • Responsiveness to direction and willingness to learn.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills in Urdu and English, candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft office.
