Job Description
- Support to HR and Admin for record keeping and filing.
- Greet and direct visitors and callers, as appropriate.
- Provide information about programs and services, as requested and appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate phone logs.
- Keep guidelines and procedures while performing any of the mentioned responsibility.
- Searching and extracting data from internet.
- SMS Marketing.(Using Software)
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Provide administrative support and services to the higher management
Job Specification
- A minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Receptionist
- A Bachelor Degree holder
- Good communication and IT skills.
- Responsiveness to direction and willingness to learn.
- Candidate should have good communication skills in Urdu and English, candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft office.
