We are urgently looking for "
Office Assistant / Receptionist" for our advertising & media company.The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and show the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and projects.
Essential Responsibilities:- Act as main contact for the front desk, directing incoming calls
- Handle employee attendance sheet, meeting room scheduling and some facilities management
- Provide key support for day to day operations
- Manage mailing and shipping operations as well as faxing, filing, bill coding and copying for executive staff
- Assist on operations projects as needed and general office support
Only Female Office Assistant is Required.Job Specification
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
* Telephone etiquette and handling calls
* Must be able to multi-task
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Self-starter w/ a can do attitude/spirit
* Handles stressful and busy times in a calm manner
