Job Description

Maintain all the utilities in good order and working condition through preventive and corrective maintenance for smooth operation of plant.
Provide assistance to manager maintenance for scheduling annual and monthly preventive maintenance plans.
Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance of all utilities, like Gen set, Air compressor, Air dryer, Hoist lift, Dock lever, etc.
Maintain and verify all records for (utilities).
Prepare check lists of all utilities installed at factory.
Prepare specification sheets and SOP for preventive and corrective maintenance of all utilities.
Analyze down time and faults data and to prepare suggestions for improvements of utilities to reduce down time.
Installation of new utilities at factory.
Manage inventories of all the utilities.
Define and verify ROL of utilities spare parts.
Liaise with vendors for smooth operation of utilities and for improvements/cost reduction for maintenance of utilities.
Arrange training of all technicians and operators of utilities for smooth operation and improvement.
Maintain traceability of all utilities and to liaise with SAP record.
Workshop management & House keeping of all utilities machinery and equipment areas.
Maintenance of workshop equipment & documentation.
Take proactive action in safety, health & environment areas.
Maintain the record of maintenance documents.

Job Specification

DAE in Mechanical/ Electrical with at least five years of related experience
