Job Description
1)Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
2)Monitor and ensure staff is following their work timings.
3)Develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
4)Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to staff on shift to ensure operational needs are met at high level.
5)Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
6)Communicate information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary.
7)Utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift.
