What is Expert Real Estate Strategy amp; Planning?
The position is an effective workplace enabler for the employees nationwide. Real Estate Strategy amp; Planning Expert will be responsible for maintain the real estate portfolio that includes planning for potential options for consolidation, office relocations, Responsible for expense monitoring amp; reporting of the real estate head including Facilities Management, Utilities amp; Lease Management. Role will also support workplace team in analyzing the office utilization by conducting office census, space optimization analysis. These responsibilities are carried out with the aim to enhance employee productivity, optimize workplace cost align group real estate targets with OPCO Targets by following the prevailing policies amp; procedures.
What does Expert Real Estate Strategy amp; Planning do?
- Preparation of annual real estate plan in line with the budget targets.
- Monitoring of Opex on monthly basis, collaboration with teams for monthly detail of Accruals and Actual Expenses
- Responsible for property wise quarterly budget review i.e. 0+12, 3+9, 6+6, 9+3 amp; 12+0.
- Responsible for coordination with FPamp;A over budget forecast amp; analysis.
- Project Management for Workplace Fit-out projects including reporting to Senior Management and managing project Vendors.
- Working closely with senior management on special projects and liaising with internal amp; external stakeholders.
- Lead assignments with Marketing Ops amp; Brands team for workplace branding projects
- Responsible for routing communications for workplace change management.
- Conduct quarterly workplace utilization survey i.e. Office census
- Preparing presentation on real estate strategy amp; other special assignments for the management.
- Able to handle conflicts across various internal and external stakeholders while ensuring delivery on the promises.
- Preparation of business cases for capital expenditures.

Requirements
- We are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, assertive, persistent, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced organization.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management, data analytics, presentations and business case development.
- Master’s Degree (Management or any other discipline)
- Able to translate business requirements into high level design language.
- We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS Office specially Excel amp; PowerPoint amp; MS Project.
- The ideal candidate should have good communication skills to be able to advocate/defend his point of view with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints.
