Expert Sales Support amp; Coordination
What does Expert Sales Support amp; Coordination do?
- Implements channel planning process to streamline the sales targets and performance monitoring KPIs across multiple channels. Evaluates and implements the channel commission structure.
- Managing Marketing collateral, giveaways and SIM stocks for the regions.
- Focal point for all Regional Sales Coordinators for their day to day sales operational issues.
- Maintaining and disseminating sales targets and their gap to regions.
- Focal point for regions on issues related to Proposal Management.
- Assist regions on critical stuck issues related GSM/Fixed/ES/Cloud sales activations through relevant stake holders.
- Follow up with device’s management team for handsets availability and delivery to regions.
- Assist regions QoS related issues and follow up on the pending ones.
- Act as a liaison/partner between the regional team and other internal customers.
- Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the regional teams accomplishing monthly/yearly targets.
- Prepare and present performance reports to Head of ADC daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Contract Management with ADC Partners, coordination with legal team.
- Prepare and present reports team reports to TLs and RM on weekly and monthly basis.
- Assisting regions with hiring of contractual staff. Coordinators and ADC Specialist.

Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's from an HEC recognized institute
- 5 plus years' of sales/business planning, target setting and data analysis experience, preferably in the telecom sector
- Expertise in complex data analysis and presentation tools and the ability to extract actionable insights. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau and SQL.
- Data Presentation and skills to present complex data for effective decision making
- Advance communication skills for managing cross functional projects and stakeholders
- A seasoned professional who has delivered on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from planning to roll out
- The incumbent should have strong leadership capabilities in order to manage/develop his/her direct reports along with relevant stakeholders for improved internal customer interaction.
