Job Description: Call Center Agent - UK Based
Job pattern will be 04-Days on and 04-Days off, with 12 hour shift. Candidates who have good command on English only apply for this Job.
Responsibilities:
• Handling calls and emails in an efficient and professional manner
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by providing solutions and recommendations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Accurately updating and maintaining customer records in the company database
• Taking ownership of customer issues and demonstrating empathy and a willingness to help
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Customer service experience in a call center environment
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts as required
