• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Present and promote Solar Company's solar products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing inquiries.
• Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with advertising campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, solar technologies, and incentives to effectively communicate value propositions.

• Proven 1 year experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar technology.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• BBA / BCOM
