We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Call Agents who can handle both inbound and outbound calls. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services. Location: remote position
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and cross-sell additional products/services.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate responses.
Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the appropriate systems.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call quality, sales goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues or escalate them as necessary.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide the best possible customer experience.
