Job Description
Sales & Business Development Engineer (Fire Fighting/Protection system)
1. Sales and Negotiation:
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the implementation and delivery of solutions.
2. Business Development:
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Provide input and recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and business expansion.
3. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements & Skills

• Prospect, research, and identify potential clients and market segments.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop sales strategies and plans to target new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and qualification.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and effective manner.
