As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products or services over the phone. You will reach out to current and potential customers, engage them in conversation, and pursue them to make purchases or take desired actions. Your main objective will be to achieve sales targets and generate revenue for the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products.
Identifying customer needs and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.
Building and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication.
Answering customer inquiries, addressing objections, and providing product information.
Closing sales deals and processing orders.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuously updating knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
