Job Description

Salary Range : 60k to 150k

Shift: Night Shift

Years Of Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years or More

Target Market: USA

Note: Candidate should have good experience of USA call center / dealing of USA customers with highly professional US accent & communication skills

We are a USA Based company, candidate will be responsible to handle all queries of our customers based in USA & other countries

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products or services over the phone. You will reach out to current and potential customers, engage them in conversation, and pursue them to make purchases or take desired actions. Your main objective will be to achieve sales targets and generate revenue for the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products.

Identifying customer needs and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.

Building and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication.

Answering customer inquiries, addressing objections, and providing product information.

Closing sales deals and processing orders.

Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Continuously updating knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.

Job Specification

To be successful in the role of a Telesales Representative, you should possess the following skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, including active listening and persuasive speaking

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software and CRM tools.
