Call Center Agent required. Must be motivated, proactive and hardworking.
Responsibilities:
- High volume cold calls, prospecting and outbound calls. This is a cold sales role throughout the cycle.
- sales and achieving performance goals and metrics such as sales volume and conversion rate
- Providing information to customers about the company's services
Requirements:
- Intermediate/Matric with Good English Communication are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with international outbound calls.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
- Ability to handle work load and customers.
- Freshers are more than welcome to apply but communication skill matters a lot
