Providing support to the easypaisa subscribers.
Ensuring adherence with standard procedures and policies
Handle outbound/Inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Correspondence & Follow ups with internal & external stakeholders. Keeping a strong follow-up on all the issues reported via emails and providing correct and immediate resolution
Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone & email and other channels.
Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work requirements.
